Gynecomastia – 40 years

This 40 year old male had gynecomastia correction and liposuction of his waist. He had enough drooping of his nipples that a nipple lift was also performed. The crescent shaped area in blue in the preoperative photos was removed to bring the nipples into a more normal position and shape.
