Tuberous
breast deformity poses a difficult challenge. The base of the
breast is constricted and the breast tissue has expanded into
the nipple. In this case, I opened up the attachment of her breast
to her chest wall, performed asymmetric breast lifts, reduced
the size of her nipples, and inserted unequal size breast implants
to achieve good symmetry and shape.
