This executive did not like the tired look she was getting from
changes of aging. The heavy eyelids were improved by an upper
lid blepharoplasty with removal of a small amount of fat. The
face was improved with a facelift, tightening the skin under her
neck and jaw line, and lifting her cheeks. We addressed the wrinkles
in her lip with dermabrasion and fat injections. There was extra
challenge because of her short hair style.
